Upcoming 0.1.5 release

Hey everyone that actually is reading this on occasion; there is an upcoming release of Carbon 2 called 0.1.5. Now I know you're asking yourselves "0.1.2 to 0.1.5? What the hell happened to everything in between?!" The short answer to this is that there are some bug fixes and some other improvements that are coming in this new release.
